Understand that if we were
to market counterfeit clubs as genuine we
would be out of business in 48 hours flat,
with $200K+ worth of fines and penalties.
This is truly not worth the risk as we are
an Australian Pty Ltd Company (ABN :97 106
993 533). If you were to purchase via EBay,
well buyer beware !!
The reason we can offer
extremely competitive pricing is because we
have direct relationships with distributors
in the US. We have stock shipments arriving
weekly, in some cases we can source stock
direct from our US warehouse within 4 days.
All genuine OEM brand
products come from the US whether it be
direct or through an Australian distributor
or traditional retail stores for their
individual brands.
We source all our stock
directly from the US in effect taking out
the middle man, or an extra mark up, because
of these savings from buying direct we are able to pass those
savings onto you the customer giving you the
opportunity to purchase the latest in
quality name brand golf clubs at a much more
affordable price.
Are you like a
traditional bricks and mortar golf shop
?
We operate from a warehouse
situation whereby you are certainly welcome
to pick up ordered goods from us but we do
not have the traditional style golf
shop set up with all makes and models on
display. The reason for this is to keep our
overheads low so we can pass the savings
onto you the customer.
Also by keeping our
overheads low, this is another reason why
our pricing is extremely competitive. We do not offer slash
discounts on our products like a traditional
golf store as our pricing is set with quite
low margins we do not have the margin to
offer additional discounts. But if you are
purchasing multiple items contact customer
service and we will see what we can do.
How long does it take to get my order? Is it
insured?
How long it takes to get your
order really
depends on what you order. Although we
carry
a large inventory, we can't
possibly stock every
loft and shaft configurations, combinations
etc.
If we have the item/s you ordered in stock,
they are delivered to
your door on
average within 5-7
days.
If the item/s you
order are not in stock it
can take up to 10-14 working days to be
delivered depending on the item/s requested.
All orders are fully insured against
damage or loss.
How much
freight do you charge ?
In order for
us to insure and track your package, we use
Australian Air
Express
courier service.
We will deliver clubs to
anywhere within Australia for $25.00. The
only exception to this is golf balls, gloves
and apparel, they are
$10.50 for 1-3 items or $15.00 for 4-10
items.
Shipping window closes
at 2:00pm each
business day. Orders placed after that time
and on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped
the next working
day.
Track Your Order via
Australian Air Express consignment #.
We do not use
Australia Post to ship anything
unless specifically requested.
Payment Methods
We
currently accept
VISA, MasterCard,
Bankcard, Electronic
Funds Transfers, Bank Cheques and Money
Orders.
Are your online
credit-card payments secure?

There is virtually no way for anyone to
intercept your information. Plus, we do not
store your credit card number for security

Australian Golf Online are inclusive of
10% Goods and Services Tax.

Policy
Australian Golf Online strives to provide
you with the best possible warranty policies in the business. All golf
equipment purchased from Australian Golf
Online is covered by the original
manufacturer's warranty which is usually
from 1-2 years from date of purchase. Please
consult with us regarding a specific
manufacturer's warranty policy.

Do you take trade Ins? Do you sell used
equipment?
We only sell
brand new, name-brand golf equipment with
full manufacturers' warranties.
Unfortunately we
do not accept
trades nor do we sell used equipment, to
ensure every
customers
satisfaction. What we
could give you price-wise as a
trade in, you would do far better
advertising them in your local Trading Post.
I want to
order clubs custom fit...can I?
Yes, you can
order your clubs custom made to your
specifications. We can order your clubs any
way you want them from most any
manufacturer, within reason. Typically, we
only stock standard lies and lengths, unless
noted otherwise. We do NOT charge an extra
fee for custom length/lie specifications.
Custom shafts, grip specs may be extra,
depending on the manufacturer. If we do
custom order clubs for you, and you change
your mind or return them, you may be subject
to a re-stocking fee of up to 25%.
