Wide Sole Irons use advanced
multi-material design to create
an oversized game-improvement
iron. Three materials are
brought together to create the
Fusion Wide Sole Irons: A dense
alloy, Tunite, is fused into the
sole, optimally placing the
centre of gravity low in the
club head. Lightweight 6-4
titanium is used to form the
body. A special
vibration-dampening TPU SenSert
insert is used in the back
cavity to generate exceptional
feel.

Titanium body is 35 percent
lighter than a comparable steel
body of the same size, allowing
Callaway Golf engineers to
create an oversize club head
with increased offset for
greater forgiveness, an
increased effective hitting area
and more confidence.
Tunite Sole Weighting
Heavy Tunite weighting in the
sole of the club head
dramatically lowers the centre
of gravity to help get the ball
in the air quickly and easily.
TPU SenSert Insert
The SenSert is composed of a
chemically engineered
thermoplastic urethane that
decreases vibration and creates
an incredibly solid feel.
Wide Sole Design
The wide sole design instills
confidence and helps each iron
in the set glide smoothly and
easily through the turf to
reduce clubhead digging on
missed shots.
