How long does it take to get my order? Is it insured?
How long it takes to get your order really depends on what you order. Although we carry a large inventory, we can't possibly stock every loft and shaft configurations, combinations etc.
If we have the item/s you ordered in stock, they are delivered to your door on average within 7-10 days.
If the item/s you order are not in stock it can take up to 10-14 working days to be delivered depending on the item/s requested.
All orders are fully insured against damage or loss.
How much freight do you charge ?
In order for us to insure and track your package, we use Star Track Express couriers. We will deliver clubs to anywhere within Australia for approximately $10.00, depending on the product.
Shipping window closes at 2:00pm each business day. Orders placed after that time and on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the next working day. Track Your Order via Star Track Express consignment #.
We do not use Australia Post to ship anything unless specifically requested.
